2007 Un Rob de Vignes

Tasted July 21, 2008 at a double blind tasting.

I can find anything on this wine in CT, WS, WA, Google, anywhere. Maybe somebody out there know the full and correct name. I noted on the card it's a Gamay blend so I'm assuming it's from France.

 

Salmon to dark salmon color in the glass, clear hue throughout. Nose of banana and bubble gum. Flavors of sweet cherries. Slightly metallic and weak finish. Drink now. My guess is this was from either from Australia or South African 2007 vintage.
