Well-made Champagne but the style was a little sweet for my tastes. Not sure if it was actually the dosage or if it just tasted that way. It can be difficult to tell sometimes especially when there is food involved.
N.V. Chartogne-Taillet Champagne Brut Rosé
- France, Champagne (7/15/2008)
Presented a little sweet but very drinkable. Nice lift from the acids with a medium mousse but lacked complexity.
