Tantalizing name, another Premier Cru purchase, these seem ready to go. Posting here in case any of you are considering...
My last bottle, so I spent more time with it...Light butter yellow, with fine mousse. Cork did not expand so this bottle had some age on it, and it showed. Nose of citrus tinged brioche, tastes like same with buttery bread dough flavors tinged with zesty citrus, but only medium weight. On the finish, solid yellow apples. Within about a half hour, flavors become more muddied...yellow apple with a touch of caramel and vanilla. Mousse fades a bit. Drink up! For what it is worth, some bottles did not seem to have as much bottle age as this one, although they were all purchased at the same time.
