2000 Comte Audoin de Dampierre Champagne Family Reserve - France, Champagne (4/6/2008)
WIML91,PURPLE91

Tasted April 6, 2008. Opened and served immediately. Light yellow color in the glass, clear hue throughout with medium to large beading. Nose of green apples, lime, sea foam and light orange notes. Flavors of limes, minerals, green apples and a little ginger or cookie dough on the finish. Good acidity, medium to full body. Drink over the short to medium term. (91 pts.)

I think it was worth the $55.00 I paid. I might actually buy 3 more to give me an even six pack to drink over the next 2-3 years.
