Colour: Pale straw
Nose: Similar notes to Theo- but the nose exhibits more finesse and power. Peach and mineral notes come to the fore, with softer floral notes lingering in the glass.
Palate: The initial palate is a beautifully structured wine, with elegant acids playing with the sweeter stone fruti notes. Lime comes through on the back palate, while the silky feel of the wine intergrates well with aforementioned acids. Beautiful and impressive length, and certainly better balanced than the Theo.
Overall: A beautifully made wine, that exhibits many characteristics that define a classic wine- if anything it lacks that little something to get it there though. 94 points.
