2004 Trimbach Gewürztraminer - France, Alsace, Alsace AOC (5/26/2007)

Tasted May 26, 2007 at a retail tasting. Opened and served immediately. Light yellow color in the glass, clear hue throughout. Nose of lychee, apricot and mango. Flavors of lychee, apricot and papaya. Light to medium acidity, light to medium body. Drink over the short to mid-term. (90 pts.)
