2005 Cave Vinicole de Hunawihr Pinot Gris Secret Valley - France, Alsace, Alsace AOC (5/26/2007)

Tasted May 26, 2007 at a retail tasting. Opened and served immediately. Light yellow color in the glass, clear hue throughout. Nose of tropical fruits, apricots and wet stones. Flavors of apricots, peaches and guava. Medium acidity, light to medium body. Drink over the short to mid-term. (88 pts.)
