Tasted May 26, 2007 at a retail tasting. Opened and served immediately. Straw to light yellow color in the glass, clear hue throughout. Nose of tropical fruits, peaches and a lovely floral background. Grassy in the palate with some minerals and lemons as well. Light to medium acidity, light body. Drink over the short to mid-term. Quite and interesting Riesling. I would have almost guessed a Sauvignon Blanc in a double blind tasting. Recommended at the local retail price of $14.99. Must be, I bought two. This should show nicely with shellfish. (90 pts.)

Tasted June 5, 2007 at home. Opened and served immediately in a Spiegelau Authentis Weiss Wein glass. Light yellow color in the glass, clear hue throughout. Nose of citrus, tropical fruits and tangerines. Flavors of tangerines, tropical fruits and minerals. Light to medium acidity, light body. Drink over the short term. NOTE: tasted double blind and nailed it as the Hunawihr Riesling. (89 pts.)
