2005 Cave Vinicole de Hunawihr Pinot Blanc Secret Valley - France, Alsace, Alsace AOC (5/26/2007)
WIML89,NOWA,NOWS

Tasted May 26, 2007 at a retail tasting. Opened and served immediately. Light yellow color in the glass, clear hue throughout. Nose of lemon, pear and fresh flowers. Flavors of peach, pear and a dash of apricot. Light to medium acidity, light body. Drink over the short term. Might score a point or so better under better tasting conditions. Good Pinot Blanc and recommended at $12.66 a bottle. (89 pts.)
