| | Deep purple, medium nose of stones, raspberry, and smoke, much darker and deeper. Medium plus body, intensity, acidity and tannin. Light tobacco leaf on the palate as well, incredible mouthful of cab. Franc for the price. Balanced. 90pts. | | | |

| | Nice showing for the 2005s from this estate, eh? This is a Kermit import, and I've enjoyed previous vintages but never been overly impressed. Sounds like in relative terms they hit a home run with the '05s. | | | |
