Light green, water white with a medium-to-medium plus nose of flint, stones, honeysuckle and matchsticks, Medium body, medium plus intensity and acidity. Firmly structured with gunflint, minerals and straw. Balanced and crisp screaming with sense of place.

I enjoy a good Savennieres, but I always seem to have trouble thinking of pairings. What would you suggest for a wine like this?

I enjoy drinking them, but ususally opt to drink them alone. However they can go really well with goat cheese. Work around somethig where that is one of the main flavor component. With chenin blancs you just need to watch what yo pair with due the grapes inherent bitter profile.
