1995 Jacquesson Champagne Extra Brut Grand Vin Signature -- this wine is a Pinot Noir and Chardonnay blend (55/45% respectively) that has a lot of mousse and a very persistent bead; nice nose of honey with some hints of coffee; very big in the mouth, quite powerful, bread dough and honey flavours, long very dry finish. This isn't a delicate Champagne by any means, and will probably last for years, maybe improve as well. About 91-92 pts. For now, I would prefer to drink this with food rather than on its own.

I could not agree more with the above description, definately a good if not great champagne. I was impressed with the depth and complexity of the champagne. Low 90's without a doubt, possibly more in time.

Almost worth pulling the trigger at $90 (the price offered to me at the tasting for this champagne).
