Tasted at theJanuary, 2005 BAWE Liore Tasting....

Out of this fairly tough flight this wine stood head and shoulders above the rest. Very pleasing on the nose, soft elegant fruit, ripe plum and blackberry, and a light touch of earth. Nicely balanced on the palate, with notable tannins that turned slightly drying on the finish. My #1 of the flight, 89 points.
