| 75 % Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, 25 % Chardonnay.
From 375mL. Light-medium gold colour. Several medium-fine bead streams. Aromas of vanilla, oatmeal cookie, white flowers, pear, and bread dough. Medium-bodied, somewhat crisp, with apple, vanilla, citrus rind, nuts. Light effervescence on the palate. Moderate finish, ~30-35s, with apple, vanilla, and a touch of hazelnut. 88 points (12/04/2004). | | |
