Drunk with a breakfast of bacon and eggs out of a Riedel Sommelier Vintage Champagne glass.
I typically find Rose Champagnes much more fruit forward than regular Champagnes and this Champagne is no different. Fair amount of tiny bubbles and a very nice bead. Strawberrys and blueberrys on the tongue. About a 45 second finish in the mouth. A very nice Champagne. I bought four cases of this when I saw a sale

Should be anywhere from $50 to $75 per bottle. At the lower price I would buy but at the higher price I'd have to seriously think about it before buying more than a taster.
I like Rose Champagnes (but not nearly as much as a friend of mine who is a Rose fiend). This is a pretty good example of Rose Champagne, not quite the Krug Rose though.
