| | While getting the beef bourguignon ready on this rainy day I popped open this white to go with last night's leftover Dungeness crab. Pale straw in color, with an immedate lemon drop note on the nose that gave way to notes of melon, fresh cut herbs and a touch of white pepper. Nice bracing acidity with minerials and light brinyness along with citrus made it a delightful match with the cold crab. Youthful and lively with a nice life ahead. | | | |
