Had this at our off line to welcome Texaswineguy and his wife. Did not have much, but my impression was this is nice bubbly. Not overtly yeasty (more like a Brioche) with citrus and a creamy "Krug" like texture. Others that were there...feel free to add your notes. Oh, I am buying more. Another winner from Terry Theise.

N.V. Vilmart Champagne Grand Cellier Premier Cru Brut - France, Champagne, Montagne de Reims, Champagne (11/18/2006) Steffan P's Birthday Dinner - Old World Gems (34th Street Bistro, Austin, Texas): Solid champagne with a nice fine mousse. Lots of brioche flavors. (90 pts.)
