Disgorgement date was July 03.

Very nice bubbly. The balance and level of sweetness and acidity is wonderful. Not overtly yeasty, with a subtle freshly risen bread dough nose. The palate displays a nuttiness with hints of orange peel. This champagne seemed light bodied but oh so packed with flavor and balance. Great stuff. Must get more!
