Very dark ruby color. Very aromatic with ripe plum and earthy cherry on the nose. Very complex blackfruit on the palate with a long bright cherry finish. Flawless. One of the nicest Burgundies I've ever run into. Burgundy can be hit and miss. This one was a homerun. 94 solid points

Cheers

Joblot is on my 2002 hit list. Your TN is just the kind of encouragement I need.

Scott,

I thought the 2001 was drinking very well as you can tell from my tasting note. Seems this is a quality shipper so if they're consistant it must also be drinking well. If I were you I'd go ahead give it a whirl

Cheers
Paul
