Had this at a mini-DC Crue offline at Bistrot du Coin last night.

All I really wrote down for this was that I was surprised at the great mouthfeel this wine had while at the same time having some nicely balancing acidity. It evoked a sense of blueberries and delicious red fruits to me. Nice and refined. My only regret with this wine was that the stems robbed this wine of any nose we might have gotten to smell. This had a really nice finish, too.

I really enjoyed this wine when we had it a Bistro du Coin. I also agree that it would have been nice if we could have had better stems to appreciate it more fully.

Well balanced, tastes of berrys and red fruits, with firm tannins. A complex wine that is best described as elegant. I think it is definitely a 90 point wine.

I'm sure this domain is different from Jean-Marc Boillot, and is simply Jean Boillot. I think Henri is the winemaker here (Jean is the father of Henri) - I'll doublecheck my WA tonight and confirm.

The wine was kind of tight and unyielding in the beginning, but opened up nicely in about 1 hour. Very elegant and complex like the others said - but I think these wines all lost something because they didn't have the proper Burgundy stems. 90pts for me.
