Picked up on a whim because it was discounted so heavily at Premier Cru ($6.99). Deep orange color reminiscent more of a Sauternes than a Chardonnay. The nose is not unpleasant, but clearly over the hill showing orange peel, caramel, and dried flowers. Chemically on the palate, thin and acidic, showing little to no fruit, a goner.
