Search may not have been working too well. At $35 this was a nice Burgundy.
1999 Domaine Jean-Marc Pavelot Savigny-lès-Beaune 1er Cru Aux Gravains
- France, Burgundy, Côte de Beaune, Savigny-lès-Beaune 1er Cru (5/5/2008)
Medium ruby color; Some horse fur on the nose after the decant which eventually blew off; Aroma and flavors of black cherries, spice with a mineral finish. Balanced but lacked concentration. Well-priced for Premier Cru Burgundy. [Decanted 30 minutes before serving; slight sediment]

Nice notes WT - I've got some 2005s coming my way. Horse fur? Is that similar to brett?

Yep but very mild in this wine. I don't mind it if it's not overpowering.
