Tasted August 17, 2007 at a SWILL offline. Opened and served immediately. Raspberry to light garnet color in the glass, clear hue throughout. Nose of barnyard, coffee, black fruits and pepper. Flavors of black berries and cherries. Light acidity, medium to firm tannins, light body. “Thin” on the palate overall. Maybe hold to see if it improves. (86 pts.)
