Tasted August 17, 2007 at a SWILL offline. Opened and served immediately. Light yellow color in the glass, clear hue throughout. Nose of wet stones, yellow fruits and wet earth. Maybe some talc as well. Flavors of yellow apples, pears and spice. Medium acidity, light to medium body. Drink over the mid-term. (89 pts.)
