The only wine at dinner that was neither too young nor too old. Very light (bright) fruits -- like tiny strawberries matched with a slightly weedy quality that I would find off-putting in a Cabernet, but not so in this. Well integrated acidity. Low, low tannins. The Perno may have actually been a bigger wine than this. Moderately long finish, especally when considering how light the wine is. 92





I can't listen to that much Wagner. I start getting the urge to conquer Poland.
