2000 Domaine des Perdrix Nuits St. Georges 1er Cru Aux Perdrix - France, Burgundy, Côte de Nuits, Nuits St. Georges 1er Cru (3/9/2007) Brownish red hue, with a bit of funk on opening. With an hour or so of air time, the aromas started to come through. Nice nose of cherry, rasberry and slight hints of earth and fat (not in a bad way). A little flat on the mid-palate with a short, cropped finish. A decent, but not great, experience... (88 pts.) Posted from CellarTracker
