A great Chablis for under $20 - paired with pasta in clam sauce, and it was a home run.

• 2004 Domaine Boudin Chablis - France, Burgundy, Chablis (2/28/2007)
  A fantastic Chablis - mineral, chalk, apples and a rich midpalate all balanced with taut structure and acidity. Nice length on the finish - should be one of my go-to white burgundies in 2007. (90 pts.)
