| had for dinner two nights ago. decanted 20 minutes prior to drinking. this is the fourth bottle i have had of this wine, but first in a few years.
dark ruby in color, showing some age at the edges. slow moving legs, nose of cherries and earth. red fruit flavors are slightly sour. medium bodied, adequate finish. not what i remembered in the past. me85
i have a few bottles left and noticed they were bought from two different retailers. maybe this bottle was not handled properly as it seems to be aging quickly. i will try a bottle from a different lot next week. | | | |
