Medium straw yellow, medium nose of stones, minerals, baking spices, cheese rind, spicy yellow apple. Medium body, medium plus intensity, medium plus acidity. Minerals, stones spice, yellow apples, pear and citrus. Balanced. 89pts.

I am a huge fan of Gagnards style, because every wine I've every had from him as been mineral. It is the one constant throughout his lineup. We actually have a 3L of 2000 Chassagne Caillerets in the store right now. It's the thing dreams are made of...

JB-Jean-Noel's daughter Caroline has been making the wine recently. I agree on the CM Caillerets, it is mineral packed.
