We had this wine with dinner at On the Twenty in Jordan, Ontario. It was tasted two hours after decanting.

The wine had a closed nose of cherries. On the palate were copious flavors of rhubarb and cherries, along with the acidity to age for years. This needs a good bit of time in the bottle and was hard to evaluate.
