Another good producer, more new world in style with his lower tier wines.

Colour: Garnet with hints of dark red, quite vibrant.
Nose: sweet raspberry notes, sweetened charcoal, hints of beef with tomato salsa smells(reminded me of nachos arriving at a table!!?!), and walnuts.
Palate: Extremely well balanced , with acids ,tannins and sugars lining up in order. Tannins were well rounded. Nice length and very elegant finish. The finish stopped around the mid palate but my mouth was still watering(always a good sign), well after the finish had ended.
Overall: A beautfiul textural expirience. The nose was complex and provided more than enough curiosity. I would recommend this as a starter for beginners in to Burgundy. It is not so complex it would scare a beginner away. 89 Points on the Jeremy Scale , sells for around $25 USd here, you may find it for cheaper.
