This showed a medium intensity devloped bouquet of fresh baked bread, dough and cut mushroom overlaying a streak of minerality and lemon citrus.

On the palate medium intensity hawthorn and acacia were backed up by wet stones and citrus with just a hint of creaminess (matured on lees?) coming through on a good length finish with nice (medium/medium +) balancing acidity.

If you like your Chablis pure and unadorned (ie without oak) then you will like this one. Drinking well now it has the legs to last another 2 years
