| Tasted at a restaurant in Amsterdam and paired with baked pheasant. A nice match.
Bright red color. Pretty aromas of red cherry, fennel, and meat. Light-med bodied, with pleasing raspberry and black pepper flavors. Snippy tannins at the end were disappointing, but overall fine wine for $49 euros at restaurant prices. WS 91. Otis rating= 89.
