Tasted March 11, 2006 by itself at a retail wine tasting. Opened and served immediately in a Riedel “restaurant series” Syrah glass. Dusty rose color in the glass, slightly dusty hue. Nose of kirsh, leather, cherry and tobacco. Flavors of cherry and strawberry. Good QPR but didn’t impress me enough to buy. Drink now.
