| This wine is from old vines in Nimes and imported by Robert Kacher. I was spiffed this bottle to try so I don't know the cost but it is probably in the $10-13 range. Super QPR.
From a hot year, this wine shows a great blackberry, cassis and garriques nose. Moderately tannic with good acidity, almost dense and chewy, this wine is very food friendly with anything grilled.
I'm going to buy a case to add to the house wine stash.
Highly recommended. | | | |
