| 75% Grenache, 25% Syrah, made from vines averaging 55 years.
Fat, thick, slow leges. Dark maroon/black colour; opaque. Aromas of kirsch, minerals, black plums, herbes de Provence. Medium-full bodied, solid tannins, with crushed red fruits and black plums. Moderate finish, ~25-30s. Juicy finish, showing black fruit notes. 88 points (10/07/2004). | | |
