Tasted at BAWE's August 2004 Grenache tasting...

Clear dark ruby in color, with a very nice nose of dense sweet red fruits. Well balanced and finely textured on the palate, this is an uncomplicated, very tasty wine.

Actually...this was a 2001 VMdP, not the 2000. Other than that, terrific notes EricW.

This was my #2 wine of the third flight, so I enjoyed this quite a bit. In my experience, VMdP's improve for at least several years after release, and since 01 is a very good vintage for CdP I'm going to hold on to some of these for a while.

Darn it! Yet another error! Grrrrr Maybe the mods can edit? It's beyond the edit period for me to do so...
