A clear dark ruby color. Immediately upon opening and decant the nose had blackcurrent and a bit of coffee. In the middle there was blackberry and smoke with a medium finish of vanilla and more blackberry. Some chewy tannins. It lacked true complexity and weight but was a nice wine to drink with food. It is an average budget Bordeaux that is ready to drink.

Thanks to Dinwiddie for the TN that reminded about this wine. I would not hold these much longer if you have them tucked away.
