Wow. Excellent color without any bricking, a soaring nose showing spice, plum, flowers, and hints of dark chocolate. Tremendous concentration and power, with complexity that keeps one exploring the depths of this wine. Amazing lingering finish that seems to last forever, a blockbuster to be sure, and with a bright future (drink well into the next decade). 98 points.
