| | After being one of my favorite QPRs, especially of the vintage, I was disappointed by this one last night. This bottle, at least, had lost it. After some decent opening aromas of earth, it just quickly died. The excellent feel of this in its youth was gone, replaced by a thinness and loss of fruit. Drinkable, but not enjoyable. I waited a bit, retasted, and then dumped the rest down the sink. I only have one bottle left, and I'll open it soon. | | Visit The Butcher Block at http://www.butcherblocktampa.com/ | |
