Had the '99 Palmer for the 1st time 2 weeks ago.  The main flavors of blackcurrants, fresh cut flowers and some tobacco undertones where presented on a medium tannic laced finish of 30 seconds.  This will drink well for another 15yrs.  Decant for 60 minutes to be fully enjoyed today.  92pts.
