Night 1

Nice fruit with hints of minerals and earth, but seems a little green and thin.  Corked half the bottle and put in the fridge.

Didn't have a chance to have on night 2 and by night 3 it was pretty bad.  The last bottle I had was much better.  Hopefully the remaing 4 will be as good as the 1st.  I think this is definately a food wine as I enjoyed the 1st glass I had with dinner better than the 2nd.

Popped and poured and drank over 2 hours. Excellent wine, best bottle yet. Great nose of dark fruits, chocolate, minerals, and hints of earth and spice. A very balanced wine with a nice feel and finish.
