  • 1996 Château Gruaud Larose - France, Bordeaux, Médoc, St. Julien (6/10/2006)
The best bottle of the lot. "Audouzed" for 2 hours, cassis on the nose, color of fresh drawn blood with flesh wound blood color on the rim. Medium finish and no falling off the cliff over 1 hour dinner.
    Bloody good wine.
    DISCLAIMER:
Provenance - South Floridian, cork was half soaked, if your bottles were stored better, I suggest to wait for few more years, as the other bottles we had in better condition few months ago weren't as good as this one. (93 pts.)

Wait a minute.
WAIT a minute!

Is this the "Serge" that has a tagline on another forum suggesting James Suckling "mirrors" his thoughts on a certain wine??

If so, I seriously doubt that Mr. Suckling would use these adjectives or "descriptors" without realizing how vile and offensive they are.
Just yukky, Serge, whomever you are.

Unless, of course, you are a vampire and if you look in it; the mirror breaks.

Thomas, I don't know what Mr. Suckling would use,
but I know for sure what Mr. Shakespear used:
"If you prick us, do we not bleed? if you tickle us, do we not laugh?"

Lee Van Cleef! My all-time favorite villian in cowboy moves. He and Gregory Peck were great in "The Bravados," my favorite western movie ever.

Forewarned is forearmed.

I was making fun of myself.
You called me Thomas. I am not Thomas.
I am a female and certainly not considered as having a weight problem as you suggested when you sent the obesity link. That was foolish and juvenile. It took me 2 seconds to figure out your point. It takes mature people to figure out the commnication that a child attempts. I am sure it took you a while to come up with something you thought would silence me.
Wrong.

I know who you are.
I know exactly who you are.

Before my exit, I hope you answer Green Drazi. Just what was the answer to his question in his pm on the other thread?
Once and for all, prove yourself to be who you say you are are....
I double dog dare you.

Tom

Traveling, so will check on your answer while in a different time zone.....
I will wait in anticipation and no "quotes" are allowed.
