| | Bad lighting so I could't see the color well. Medium nose though quiet and subtle but very pretty. Roasted meats, cedar, tobacco and light kisses of cassis. In the palate a whole different animal. Medium body, medium plus intensity and medium-to-medium plus acidity. Cedar, cassis, cocoa, tobacco and more roasted meats coat the palate. This wine still has plenty of stuffing on the palate, with absolutely no sense of heaviness. Great flow and a texture that only age can give. Balanced, probably better to drink now rather than later. A very good example of aged Bordeauux. | | | |
