| Dark ruby colour; opaque. Aromas of cedar, herbs, cherry, earth. Medium-full bodied, elegant, silky wine. Very refined. Cedar, herbs, black fruit on the palate. Long, long finish, with smoke, red fruit, cedar. Absolutely delightful. Young, but outstanding. 96 points (11/16/2005). | | |

| Nice note on a Trotanoy that I have universally seen described as a great wine. It is hard to beat a top Pomerol when they are at their best. While I do not have any 1995, I did score some 1998 at a great price. | | | |

| My cut and paste isn't working but I had this from magnum a few weeks back and posted a note that is at the bottom of the first page right now. A very good wine that just had too much competition that night. | | | |
