My first real Latour. Unfortunately, this wasn't giving up much. It had a strong nose of Cab and palate the same. It may have even been mistakable for a young older-world sytled CA Cab from a good vintage. Loads of cassis and inerality with a hint of mint. There seemed to be so much lurking under the surface, but it just wasn't showing off. If I had some of this, I would wait at least 5 years, maybe 8 or even 10 before trying again. 92(+)
