At dinner so notes brief. Cork 2/3s stained, but none had gotten to the top. Nice mature coloration, reddish with a tinge of orange, good saturation to the color. Nose shows typical mature Bord characteristics, some nice leathers, minerals, iodine, and red cherries. In the mouth the wine is fully resolved, medium bodied, and soft with a bit of misplaced acids showing through the declining fruit. A nice wine with lamb. The wine doesn't distract from the meal and the conversation by being really good...
