2000 Ségla Margaux (WIML89,NOWA,WS88)

Tasted October 1, 2005 at an offline so brief comments only. Opened and served immediately in a Riedel Restaurant Series Bordeaux stem. Garnet color in the glass, clear hue throughout. Slightly herbal nose (not offputting) with some pleasant aromas of rose petals. Flavors of full red cherry still dominate this youthful wine. Good acidity, tannins, structure. Hold for another 3+ years before retasting. Recommend without looking at pricing.
