| | For a little less than $7 you can't go wrong with this Bordeaux. The 2000 Chateau Fage is a great drinking red that really held up all nite long. Ripe fruit flavors, rich texture (suprisingly so), and a nice lingering finish give this wine an all around appealing Character. Nice fruit forwardness with integrated oak, tobacco, and earthy nuances. A buy in my book, especially at $84 a case (in wood). | | | |
