The 2nd white served at the VC Rocks at Equinox event on 3/29/03. Paired nicely with the red snapper course.

Very light gold color. Bitter lemon and lemon-butter nose and tastes. A little viscous. Some cream senses and the barest of hints of something I can't really think of the word, but sandalwood comes close. Decent finish.
